CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Booking deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the remaining service balance. When an appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service while remaining responsible for the full scheduled price. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Emergency exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Radiant Relaxation.
